This fermentation process begins by creating a "mother culture" using tropical fruit nectar, especially from the Citrullus family (e.g., watermelon and melon), to enhance the coffee's sweetness and high Brix levels. Microorganisms like lactobacillus and saccharomyces cerevisiae are cultivated with the nectar and sweeteners, boosting flavor and fermentation energy. The coffee cherries are then fermented with this culture for 190 hours, maintaining Brix levels above 6 and pH above 4, which develops a distinct flavor profile. The result is coffee with notes of watermelon candy, melon juice, red raspberry, citric acidity, and a medium body, while preserving its base flavor.

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise instructed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be issued to you via email.

Please be aware that if you are a new monthly subscriber, your coffee subscription will be shipped at the beginning of the month following your purchase. If you are within the state of Utah and would like to grab a coffee bag ahead of time, please feel free to visit us with your invoice and we will issue you a bag of coffee to hold you over until your order is ready for pick up or ships out.

Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
